COPYRIGHT REGULATION
You shall hold all rights to the work we generate for you and get it in accordance with the conditions agreed upon. However, we will not claim any intellectual property rights over the information, and you are free to publish and distribute it as you see appropriate.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
All services listed on the Site need complete prepayment. The customer is liable for any transaction fees and taxes (if any).
UNLIMITED REVISIONS
We provide limitless revisions on delivered work if requests are filed within 7 days of delivery, and in exceptional cases, within 14 days. With a typical response time of 24 hours, all modification requests for client orders will be attended to as soon as feasible.
The following is the turnaround time for revisions depending on urgency:
For orders with a maximum deadline of 24 hours, the turnaround time for revisions would be 24 hours.
For orders having a turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours, the turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.
For orders with a turnaround time of 48 hours or more, the revision turnaround time is 72 hours.
DETAILS OF PROJECT
Before initiating a project, all project requirements will be reviewed with customers. Service level disagreements must be addressed in accordance with the terms and requirements agreed upon at the beginning of the project, these terms and conditions, and sound business standards.
REFUND STRATEGY
You are entitled to a full refund before we begin work on your project. However, after work on a project has begun, any relevant transaction costs will be deducted before the refund is processed.
You may request a refund if you are unhappy with a product or service provided by Book Wave Publishing within five days of the completion of your purchase. If we are unable to provide the requested service via our unlimited revisions policy, we will provide a refund based on a percentage. If no refund request is received within five days of the delivery of your purchase, all parties will presume that you are satisfied with the products.

REFUND POLICY

Book Wave Publishing offers a 100% Refund on all its services, however, it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply.
Book Wave Publishing Refund Policy will be Void if;
You have chosen a special or a custom package.
You have demanded revisions beyond the initial concepts
The customer has not been contacted or irresponsive for more than 2 weeks without notice.
If the project is placed on hold upon customer request, the refund will be voided.
Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
The creative brief is lacking in required information from the client end.
The business is closing or changing its name or business.
Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with a partner, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service provided will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any services), the refund will not be applicable.
